Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Damaged/Incorrect product
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, Stagini Brands offers a free replace or a refund if you contact us within 21 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at contactstagini@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email and inspected your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
